Kwankwaso holds critical ADC meeting as he finalises defection plans, meeting party leaders in Abuja and Kano
Rabiu Kwankwaso, 2023 presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), met with African Democratic Congress (ADC) National Secretary Rauf Aregbesola on Thursday in Abuja as he moved closer to a planned defection.

The former Kano State Governor also held discussions with ADC leaders from Kano at his Abuja residence, signalling significant strategic talks with the opposition party.
DAILY POST recalls that Kwankwaso recently hosted former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi and Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde at his residence on Sunday, reflecting a pattern of high-profile consultations.
Kwankwaso’s official Facebook page further confirmed that Senator Seriake Dickson, representing Bayelsa West Senatorial District, visited his Kano residence, emphasising the nationwide interest in his political realignment.
